பணிவுடன் வைக்கும் கோரிக்கை யாதெனில் :
தமிழ் நாடு, கடலூர் மாவட்டம், வடலூரில் சாதி, சமய, மத, மார்க்கங்களை கடந்து ஓர் உயரிய புதிய பொது மார்க்கத்தை , தனி நெறியை 19 ம் நூற்றாண்டில் திருவருட்பிரகாச வள்ளலார் தோற்றுவித்து உள்ளார்கள். 
அவர் கண்ட மார்க்கத்தின் பெயர்
” சுத்த சன்மார்க்கம்”. 
தன் மார்க்கத்திற்கென 22/10/1873ல் ஒரு தனி கொடி ஒன்றை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி, அக்கொடியை ஏற்றி ஒரு மகா பேருபதேசம் செய்தார் வள்ளலார். 10 பாரா உடைய ஒரு கொடிப்பாடலும் தந்தருளியுள்ளார்கள். 
வள்ளலாரின் நிலையங்கள், 19ம் ஆண்டு முதல் தமிழக அரசு, இந்து சமய அறநிலைய ஆட்சித் துறை கீழ் பராமரிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. வருடந்தோறும் 22 அக்டோபர் மாதம் கொடி நாள், நிலைய நிர்வாகத்தால் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. மேற்படி
கொடி, மேற்புறம் மஞ்சள் ஒரு பங்கு, கீழ்ப்புறம் வெள்ளை மூன்று பங்கு என்ற அமைப்பு உடையது. (மாடல் படம் மற்றும் ஒரு கொடியும் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது). 
இந்நிலையில் நான் சமர்ப்பிப்பிக்கும் மனு:
வள்ளலாரின் சுத்த சன்மார்க்கத்தின் கொடி போல் அல்லது அதன் அமைப்பு, நிறம், அளவு, ஒட்டியது போல் கொடியை எவரும்/அரசியல் கட்சிகள்/மற்ற மார்க்கங்கள், வைத்துக் கொள்ள அங்கீகரித்து விடாதீர்கள் என தாழ்மையுடன் வேண்டி மனு செய்கிறேன்.

person/political party etc., to utilise flag which is similar in color, design, appearance and measurements etc., –
request of – Regarding.

My humble request is that:

His Holiness Thiruvarutprakasa Vallalar had founded a new marga with separate and Unique doctrine crossing the frontiers of Caste, Religion and other existing Margas available in the world during the 19thCentury at Vadaloor, Cuddalore District, State of Tamil Nadu, India.
His Holiness Vallalar named his Marga as “ Sutha Sanmargam” and established institutions to propagate his final thoughts. The said institutions are being maintained by the HR & CE Department of Tamil Nadu Government.
It is submitted that apart from other unique preaches laid down by His Holiness Vallalar, a separate flag was introduced and hoisted on 22/10/1873 and sung a separate flag song consisting of 10 paras. Till this date, the Tamil Nadu Government, Department of HR & CE, celebrates the “ Flag Hoisting Day “ as festival at the Institution on October, 22nd every year.
It is furhter submitted that the Flag is 1/4 yellow on the top and 3/4 white on the bottom. The flag is used with devotion by the follower of the Sutha Sanmarga. The pictures of the flag of Sutha Sanmarga are enclosed herewith for your kind reference. 
In this connection, I humbly request that as His Holiness Thiruvarutprakasa Vallalar has designed and prescribed this unique flag to the Sutha Sanmargam, no other persons /
groups/ sects / political parties etc., can be allowed to use any flag similar to this , for their activities.
Therefore, we humbly request your good office, not to permit any other persons/groups/ sects / political parties etc., to utilise flags which are similar in colour, design, appearance, measurement, etc., to the flag designed and prescribed by His Holiness Vallalar to the Sutha Sanmarga.
The receipt of the representation may kindly be acknowledged.
